Nicola Barr is a professional AFLW player and a passionate advocate for values-led leadership, cultural change and sustainability. Alongside her football career, Nicola works with FrontRunners to help organisations navigate complex change and build resilient, purpose-driven cultures, drawing on her experience in high-performance sport and her Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from the University of Sydney. She brings a unique perspective on the role of collective action in creating a more sustainable future.

Grace Brown is an Olympic and World Champion cyclist who retired from professional racing in 2024. Since retiring, through her advocacy and commentary work, she continues to champion the future of cycling and athlete welfare, bringing a unique perspective on high performance and the power of sport to drive positive change. 

Tom Campbell is a former AFL player with 12 years' experience across St Kilda, North Melbourne and the Western Bulldogs, and a passionate advocate for climate action in sport. As co-founder of Footy for Climate, he works with AFL and AFLW players, clubs and fans to drive meaningful climate action, helping the football community reduce emissions, share stories of climate impacts, and build support for a more sustainable future.

Alexi Lynch has been at the forefront of sustainability and climate action for more than 20 years, helping councils, organisations and communities deliver practical climate solutions. As CEO of Footy for Climate, he brings together the power of sport and climate action to support a low-carbon future and inspire positive change across the football community.

With over a decade of experience in education and behaviour change, Ann leads initiatives that place multicultural voices at the centre of climate action. She specialises in human-centred design and cultural storytelling to make climate engagement accessible and inspiring.

Ian is an expert in alternative energy technologies, his passion is sustainable buildings and solar passive design, and he has a deep interest in electric vehicles, permaculture and the environment.

As an energy consultant he has been supporting households and businesses for over 15 years with energy efficiency advice. He is renowned for his engaging and passionate presentations as he explains in simple terms how to be more energy efficient, the basics of solar and batteries, how to make changes today to save money and help the environment. 

Bryce has been working in, writing about, and presenting on the EV sector since 2008. He runs EV Choice, developing EV fleet and charging transition plans for government, business, homeowners and apartment complexes. He has extensive EV industry experience, including designing electrician training on EV charger installations, contributing to the ACT policy on EV Ready Developments and working with Standards Australia on guidance for EV charging installations in multi-residential buildings. He is also a writer for TheDriven, where he gets to test drives many new and upcoming EV models. In his ‘spare time’, Bryce writes for Renew magazine as well as producing a series of over 150 EV Fact Sheets, which are available through the Australian Electric Vehicle Association’s website.

Trent Jones is the Founder and Managing Director of All Electric Homes. With more than 20 years of experience as an A-Grade electrician, he specialises in apartment electrification and works closely with councils, owners corporations and industry to help apartment communities transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Sarah Aubrey is one of Australia’s most respected electrification advocates.  She is a pure force of nature when it comes to sharing and simplifying the facts about accessible, clean energy and electric cars.
