Outside the Hawthorn Arts Centre, our guest chef from Open Table will show you how to get sizzling results with an induction hob: choosing the right wok, pre-heating and power-boost tips, heat control for crisp veggies and tender noodles, and simple safety wins (no open flame, cooler surfaces).

Location: Outside from the Eastern Foyer exit, next to the Smoothie Bikes.
